

Japanese company carries out social responsibility activities and donates AED to the Tanjong Sepat Volunteer Fire Station

Recently, a Japanese company, Temacon Engineering Sdn. Bhd.
A 10-member team from Temacon Engineering Sdn. Bhd, a Japanese company, lead by CEO recently visited the Tanjong Sepat Volunteer Fire Station to carry out corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities with the team.
At the same time, the company also donated a convenient automatic external defibrillator worth nearly RM10,000 to the Tanjong Sepat Volunteer Fire Brigade so that it can save lives in times of emergency. It is believed that this is also the first volunteer fire brigade in the country to be equipped with an AED, which is also a new knowledge for the brigade.
Accompanying the president, the attendees included company director, general manager, managers, and team leader, an appraiser, a quality assurance/quality control executive, site safety supervisor, and electrical engineer. First aid technician provided on-site guidance and first aid training.
In addition, Principal, Vice Principal and the teachers were also invited to attend the event. A total of 15 members of the Tanjong Sepat Volunteer Fire Station attended the event; the entire event started at 10 am and ended successfully at 3 pm.
Benefit from the emergency training of the volunteer fire brigade
“This donation of AED is to help everyone can get in touch with the equipment training, and also hope that the members of the Tanjong Sepat Volunteer Fire Station can absorb relevant knowledge and save lives when needed.”
Even though the training time is short, hope that with everyone’s cooperation, this training will benefit everyone.
In addition, chairman of the Tanjong Sepat Volunteer Fire Station, thanked the working group of Temacon Engineering Sdn. Bhd. for promoting this activity and enriching the team’s knowledge in first aid.
